Pan-O-Prog Parade

This Saturday, we'll be marching in Lakeville's Pan-O-Prog parade for the 2010 Colin Lee for State House campaign. Parades like this can be a lot of fun. Typical crowd estimates are around 18,000 attendees.

We need volunteers to arrive around 5:00 PM to hand out literature, stickers, and treats down both sides of the parade route. We also need a significant group to join us in walking the parade route. Plan to meet near the El Lorito restaurant on 210th Street using the following route from I-35 and CR-70. We will be there until almost 6PM before we move to our lineup spot. Watch for all of the forest green t-shirts near the back of the lineup if you arrive late.

1. From I-35 and Co Rd 70, head east on 210th St W/Co Rd 70 toward Co Rd 5/Kenrick Ave Continue to follow Co Rd 70 - 3.5mi
2. Turn left at Hamburg Ave - 0.4mi
3. Take the 1st left onto 210th St W/Lakeville Blvd Destination will be on the right - 0.3mi
